Biography

I have started my career as a clinical pharmacist in Germany. As a multiple awarded entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional experience in health care, health care economics and other people- related activities, I decided to change the accent of my life and to move over to Canada with my family. I always loved houses and architecture, and do enjoy working with people; thus it was a logical step for me to go into the in Real Estate business. I am working as a Realtor in Canada since 3 years now, with some additional former experience in the European Real Estate market.

My family and I, + 3 dogs and a changing number of cats are living in a beautiful old farmhouse in the NB countryside.

I provide Real Estate service in English, French, and German language, (and basic Spanish, too), serving the whole Province of New Brunswick. I still have good connections to the Real Estate Market in Germany and France, and enjoy working with immigrants. Due to my business experience, I am skilled to assist you with all your Real Estate needs, no matter if buying or selling, new construction, residential, business, B&B, Hotel, waterfront, company take-over and whatever you may be looking for.

I do not collect listings! As a seller’s agent, I usually only accept a limited number of listings at a time, as it takes time and commitment to sell a property. I want to concentrate on your success in selling your property for a fair market value. And this self-restriction works well for my clients: my success rate of sales, when acting as a seller’s agent, is over 85 %. I never lost a listing to a competitor.

When acting for the buyer, I will assist you as an expert in finding your dream property, and on the whole way from the first idea of buying, viewing tours, property evaluation. I will assist you through the negotiation process, help you finding the right mortgage, and will be on your side through the whole legal procedure until to the closing date, and even after...

Many of my listings are exclusive or even confidential, and I have a lot of registered buyers, especially from Europe, who are searching for specific properties.....
